British TV is now appalling, on Christmas or any other day. Bizarrely, most of what is worth watching these days comes from the U.S.
I think I could actually live without a TV now. The technology advances recently have been impressive, but the programming makes the advances pointless.

Nothing at all worth watching.  Not even the traditional xmas films (not necessarily xmas related, such as The Great Escape) that are worth having on whilst munching through all the leftovers, and breaking wind on the sofa.

'Love actually' a film about London based  middle class luvvies, was on both ITV and ITV4.

Still, at least it had a nice pair of tits in it.

The tits belong to Joanna Page of Gavin and Stacey fame.

Given that the biggest part of what's on tv these days is dross, you can't surely expect too much over Xmas? The "audience"are either too busy with everything else going off to bother or they're just a captive "audience"who have nowhere/nothing else to do.

I saw a load of the ads for the xmas versions of the dross from trailer trash (ie soaps), and they just looked depressing.

Do Producers, script writers and schedule planners really think we are all that depressed on xmas day.  Accepting that our gene pool is dimishing badly, and we've bred a generation of freckles retards, but surely not even the most pathetic retards watch this shit?

Then again, I'd never believe people would ever ready the Daily Fail.

Had the misfortune to switch on Radio 2 at work late on Christmas morning... what utter shit >:( can only presume, given that it was prerecorded that they figured no one would actually be listening :-\

Only 7100 left in the wild. Another species heading for extinction courtesy of the vermin that is mankind.

I see the mother is collared.

Been loads on TV while you have been away, you will be hammering catch up when you get back! ;D
