Title: Interesting morning on a 2.3 Galaxy
Post by: Auto Addict on 29 January 2012, 19:18:06
Neighbours got a an 'S' plate 2.3 Galaxy, this morning it wouldn't fire.

I took the plug cover off to reveal 2 coil packs, and almost, but not quite, bare wires feeding them!

The sheathing was as brittle as hell.

Cut the old wires back, and with new wire, spade, inline connectors and crimping tool, rewired it.

Fired first time,

Jobs a good un' :y
