Firefox is awful, buggy, and insecure. Even compare to IE. If you run alternative operating systems, Firefox may be the best you can get, but under Windows (and this pains me to say it), IE6 is still your best option

I use multiple 'free' mail accounts, mainly gmail, and redirect them all to my real email which only goes to family and friends. Then as soon as one gets compromised, I just take divert off and abandon it.
