It's half a rear screen demister switch
Surcharge for £40k+cars only lasts for 5 years, so, come 2022, get a 5 year old guzzler, £140 tax. Job done.
OK it's a switch button in some bubble wrap........That's not bubble wrap, it's imitation wiper end stop noise
