407 miles out of one tank in a 3.2 is damned good going!  I'm lucky if I get 300 sometimes!!  ::)

It got to 419 before the fill, with 9 miles left on the range

As I said, lack of traffic & an almost constant 75mph seems to be the trick.......it was at 32.2mpg at one point!

And a sainsburys near star city 131.9p was quite pleasing too!

Left my house at 4am, drove to Blackpool, did a day's work, & didn't have to fill up again til Birmingham on the way home......amazing what no traffic, and a sensible right foot can do!

Couple of collection s in Brum & Coventry, got home at 11:30 pm, 570 mile day.

I was rather knackered!!

i just dont like advertising what i have got only those in the know will what my car is that why i wanted to debadge it

Wouldn't that mean taking the model & spec badges off? Everyone will still know it's a vauxhall!!

Try and sell the holes, I believe holes are in great demand. ;)

Only if they're smaller than SWMBO'd!!

The police came to my front door last night holding a picture of my wife.
They asked "is this your wife sir?"
Shocked, I answered "yes, that's her"
"I'm afraid it looks like she's been hit by a bus" the copper replied

"I know", said I, "but she takes it up the a*se & is very good with the kids so I overlook her appearance......"

My senile mate keeps knocking on his own front door, then going round the back to answer it.

He doesn't know what he's letting himself in for

Washed it, claybar'd it (to get the winter grime off it), dried it, polished it.
Annual scuttle clean.

At the risk of a royal caning, what's claybarring? I have a gay friend who may answer it, but I'm afearred to ask...... :-[

Never come across that, good I assume?

Oh believe me, i can't afford 100ml of boot space, that's the problem

I like the idea of the small tank on the rhs tho

As for cost of testing, even if it's £300, over 5 years at least ownwership that's not the end of the world

Not sure it's their thing, seems to be more big storage tanks, but have asked

 :y :y

Educate me...

Why?

I just think of all the logo's out there, the griffin is particularly crap, whereas sideways lightning is cool in any respect!

Drugs ?  :D ;D

Nicotine, alcohol & caffine, although only 2/3 when driving!  :y

Nobody could do that to a mig surely!!

well if it wasn't a mig it may have been a vectra, but i'm 99% sure it was a mig, only really saw back quarter, had no badges, but did see the rebel flag on the roof too!!

Not really suitable motor for that, especially an estate!!
