Go on then, I'll ask.

How much?.... :D ;D

Nice car. :y

Can't tell you that  Doctor Nosey Opti  I may want to sell it  on, on  here once "Blackie's " oil seal is fixed  ;) ;)

As a clue, the price of  a good  NCDC2013 & paired CID was a huge chunk of what I paid for it  ;) ;) ;)

There is always one that has too ask ???

Two actually. How much Al ? ;D :P ;D

That's a fantastic location for it.  No water ingress issues to deal with.  :y

If the scuttle is leaking it will still drip on the cam covers and plug leads anyway. Better to seal the scuttle than bugger about with this idea. Just as easy to spill oil over it while topping up.

Can't argue with that, but once that damn scuttle is sealed, why rip it out to get to the DIS?  When I had 3.0's, I was looking to relocate the bloody thing.

3.2's, I just sealed the scuttle and wiped away the leaves which gathered every now and then.

Well naturally the superior 3.2 as the way to go. ;)

people get pissed off....but it does seem to be a select few individuals that are always involved when someone leaves.....and no I wont name names but we all know who these individuals are, and I for one want to know why the admin of this forum have this continue....and here is a wake up call admin you are running out of members on this forum and the members are what keep this forum ticking over...no members = no forum >:(
Probably because those individuals have contributed alot of help to the overall membership, rather than worrying about pussy footing around those of an obtuse nature. I suspect, btw, that your silent list includes myself and Chris and very few others... ::)

Worth noting that almost all of these teddy chucking sessions have happened on threads of a general nature where people will often have a difference of opinion over a wide variety of things. Deal with it and move on ;)

Overall this forum is a fantastic resource and there are some very genuine people here, many of whom are genuine friends.

So you have contributed so that gives you cart blanch to bully who you like???...wrong....you and many others on here are keyboard warriors and perhaps instead of inflaming a situation (which you are very good at I will add) walking away may be an idea instead of waving you appendage around like a child...I would really like to hear an admins view point on your post as it sounds as though admin condones this behaviour...but as for silent list....if the cap fits????????????????????????????

What utter cobblers. Your asking experienced members to lay down and allow long standing experience from oof to be ignored. Experience gained from more experienced members than those around today. (Or at least a best interpretation of it) it's like Falken tyres. Inherently unstable in certain circumstances. Proven by several members here.
Say you post up their great. You think I'm going to stay quiet, in case you accuse me of bullying? Grow up! ....anyway, you get the idea.

If your not happy, feel free to post a more helpful or more experienced view. But I do remember some posts on discussions about anatomy, and nerve and muscular or spine issues that my experience suggested your posts where not accurate. I may be wrong but my memory suggests you felt offended or made to look stupid somehow, by my posts. You've had the arse about it ever since and have been looking to stick the knife in ever since. Bit of a Dbug type of thing when I dared to suggests not all knocks are drop link related. Ooooh the audacity ::) ;D

Now if I'm wrong, please accept my complete and unreserved apologies on the entire post. But that IS my recolection, rightly or wrongly. Correct or not? Point being, you took offence at another opinion different to yours and held a grudge ever since.

Some members are involved all the time. More than others. So naturally.... ::)

Opinion is opinion. That's what forums are. It wouldn't be much of a forum if opinions  where all the same. Would it. :) in fact, there wouldn't be a need for a forum at all If we all thought the same. * .If members choose to dislike a different view, then that's entirely their choice. Obviously.

However, why continually poke the finger, lay blame, and presume it's somebody's fault as a result. Entirely your choice of course. But why is that? It's a forum. For posting words.

I'd suggest a more helpful approach tbh. Where possible of course. ;)

* if you think about it, the natural end is near in theory. And I stress in THEORY! We have guides for almost all common issues. Gear box replacement, rear donut bushes, rear wheel bearings, etc etc. almost all the nasty jobs are accounted for. The more guides we have, the less use we have for the forum and help sections, as is evident in gen help these days I would suggest as it's very quiet of late.

And if gen help is quiet, why is that? Is it because members leave in a strop after posting three days of drivel in a pissed up state over several members genuine requests for help ? is it because they set themselves up as a tyre expert, talk shite in the subject and leave as a result when questioned about said rubbish?

Drove it about 5miles and broke down.HBV let go big style for some reason. No little leak or any other indication it was about to do so.I take it these are GM only-just about everything else on these seems to be!

As with most pattern shite, If you want it to last more than 5 minutes, get a GM one. ETS exhausts and or supplier stuff aside of course.
