Yep, I generally recommend dell,
Wouldnt get myself one though, I like exact choice of every component, but for 99% of people there is no gain to diy.

That looks exactly like the set I have (100 bit one, from maplin I think)
I know the set, and the screwhead, and dont think any will fit,  not at home to try though.

Maybe Mark should give up owning cars, we could each lend him ours in turn for a week or 2 a time, in return he could give em a good check up and sort any problems out.
Everyone's happy  :y

The Mrs is constantly fed up with having no rear wiper
We both hate poor visability in any direction.

Rainx sounds like it may be the answer.

Anyone tried it, or got any better ideas?

Cheers

This might sound a silly question, but why doesn't she use the rear wiper? :-?

She has a saloon with no rear wiper
I have the estate

Was thinking that, now the omega may be spacious, but I think wearing a helmet would leave very little head room.

Incidentally, they also have a product that helps repel rain from the outer side of the glass without using the wipers, which should be good for the rear windscreen (why they don't put a rear wiper on saloon I'll never know), but I haven't tried it yet.

Should have been more specific, this is the one Im interested in.

Basically puts a coating on making super smooth glass that water runs off (seems most effective >40mph) and makes ice snow etc not stick.

A bit of research seems to suggest its is great everywhere except the windscreen, wipers affect its effectiveness, can cause a bit of juddering, so was gonna do it on side windows and mirrors on both, and her rear screen
