Omega General Help / Re: tyre sizes
« on: 07 February 2009, 19:44:16 »
they're a little too wide....
I was looking at either 245 or 255, but only for the back, keep the 235's on the front

Omega General Help / help
« on: 07 February 2009, 19:26:38 »
I'm hoping this is a popular problem with miggies....
I replaced my plugs and leads, and found oil around the top of the plugs.
Can any body give me some advice??
Is it common?
Is it easy to fix?
Just that i can smell a burning oil smell from the engine bay, obviously from this problem.

Hi, can anyone tell me which wires go where on the back of the cigarette lighter?
Just realised mine isn't working, and now i know why.
I just need to know the 2 wires directly on the back of the lighter, as the others are still connected.

I'm ineterested to hear how you got on??
Did you get a brace?
How much was it?
Did it make any difference?
Only reason i'm asking, is i had one in my v6 vectra, it handled a lot better, plus it looked v v nice

Omega General Help / Injectors...
« on: 10 January 2009, 19:56:13 »
Just wondering, as i have got to do a service on my car..
I have seen a set of cleaned injectors on ebay.
My question is, how hard is it to replace the injectors on a mv6?

Omega General Help / Re: grove discs ????
« on: 06 January 2009, 20:40:42 »
i was told that there isnt a preference to the direction really, the grooves are to cool the brake pads down due to heavy braking.
The drilled mod is to keep the discs cool.
I had a full set on my old v6 vectra.
Didn't really make much differnce, but they looked the biz
