mainly it depends on an individual's requirement coz all phones whether it be HTC desire, iphone 4, Blackberry or samsung galaxy S2 have features less or more than the others so as per your requirement whether you wish to use for browsing, gaming or jst as a normal phone will determine which one would be best for you so pls mention your requirement as it would become easy for others to recommend you a best phone...

I'm playing one of the many shooter games on the PC that have sniper rifles with the graduated markings and got to wondering what the markings are actually for?

Anyone care to explain, it's a bit more technical than the old tele sights I had on my BSA Meteor.
