The original engine suffers from unresolved misfire problem, the only possible solution available to me was to replace it with cts engine or the 2.6 v6 omega

Hello everbody
I have omega v6 3.2 engine to be replaced.
I found a cadilac cts 3.2v6 engine with all its peripheral (air compressor, electric cables, electric denmo, computer coils, throttle, etc) and like to
Use it in place of my engine.
My question is what are the parts that are not compatiple or  doesn't fit with the omega?

The wires are okay
the bank 2 head may be the cause of the problem
It needs avaccum test

I ll check the connections again   
Coolant level problem appears but i am not sure if it related
Can I drive the car in this situation?

That is right  the fuel is irrelevant.
I check pack coil and sparks. What else can be checked concerning iginition .

I do the compression test and all 6 cylinders gives the same reading
Also the fuel system is tested and found no problem with it
The coil pack and sparks are tested

Tried unplugging the MAF and run but no thing happens
The code disappear when the rpm is high

In the garage they told me that the AMF should be half mine (around 10 mine is 23 kg/h)
I dont know if this is a side effect or the cause of the misfire

Sorry the spark plugs are tested and they r okay

 The sparks plug and the coil pack is genuine GM
The time pelt is aligned

The coil pack was changed several times 
And the connection was tested

Hello every body
I rebuild my 3.2  engine
The engine start with misfire in bank 2
(The  rpm is lower than 500)
The O2 sensor for  bank 2  read zero mv
The air mass flow is 23 kg/h
I check the following but the problem stay
The time pelt
The o2 sensor
The ICM
Throttle
Gas pressure
Air  mass filter .
Please can any one provide me with any other suggestion
