The coil pack was changed several times
And the connection was tested

Ok...

Are the spark plug wells dry and free from oil?
Have you removed the spark plugs to check them for any signs of fouling?
Is the coil pack a genuine GM/Bosch one :-\

The sparks plug and the coil pack is genuine GM
The time pelt is aligned

In the garage they told me that the AMF should be half mine (around 10 mine is 23 kg/h)
I dont know if this is a side effect or the cause of the misfire

Do a compression test (on all 6 cylinders)

If all cylinders read the same then carry on looking at fuel & ignition systems.

If there is no compression on 2/4/6 then go back and check the cam timing.

I do the compression test and all 6 cylinders gives the same reading
Also the fuel system is tested and found no problem with it
The coil pack and sparks are tested

I do the compression test and all 6 cylinders gives the same reading
So cam timing OK and no bent valves :y

Also the fuel system is tested and found no problem with it
The coil pack and sparks are tested
You are looking for something that only affects one side of the engine.

The fuel rail serves all six injectors so fuel doesn't seem to be the issue. That leaves ignition as the most likely cause. :-\
