Yes on July the *th I posted that My Omega V6 started cutting out on me when was almost home , It starts ok but after a while it cuts out again and again. Had carbereta cleamed, no change .Your replies were Cam Shaft Cencers had them done no diferent.Now left with the Idle Control Valve Yes, or can there be any other causes !!..thank you..

IMy mechanic is having truble with the Idle Control Valve / the location and whot dose it do. this is the nex thing I have to get him to try, to over come the problem. many thanks.

Thank's for your quick repliy, some one elce is doing the job for me im no mechanic,He said when the cam sencers did not work he looked for codes and could not find any.So i will show him this reply and see if he has any ideas !!. many thanks..

Hi I am new to the forum to-day, Iv a 1999 Omega CDX V6, that I baught since new,and love to bits.I had a problem the other day it started cutting out on me , but it seemed easy to restart.Owing to this I thought that it might be petrol problem, bet no had it checked and still stops in drive, but it starts up imidatly, any ideas any one ??.
