If it has been well looked after the engine should last upwards of 200 to 250,000 miles.
My 2.5TD has about the same mileage and runs smoothly and pulls like a train, only a little noisier when cold but always runs smooth.
Make sure the front tyres wear evenly.
Take it for a test drive if the seller will allow it. If you don't like the way it drives or have any doubts, don't buy it. there will always be a better one out there somewhere.
Some years ago I made an impulse decision to buy a car just because it looked fab (oh the impatience of youth) and it turned out to be a right money pit and it cost me dearly.
Stick with Vauxhall, because ford ar s**t. see above comment.
