Give the EGR a good clean: http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90553.0Thanks alot mate. Took car to a mechanic, removed egr and cleaned and the area around the EGR base he found a blocked hose full of crap and that is what was causing the problem.
Also make sure the throttle body is nice and clean: http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90528.0
If when you replaced the cam cover gaskets the plug holes were full of oil by replacing the plugs would have sorted the oil...however were the plug rubbers and springs on your coil pack split or fouled up because you can replace all 4 springs and rubbers very cheaply ..Will have a look thanks..
