Got a 97 2.5 v6 with plastic covers over headlights which look very opaque ( foggy looking ) Are there any answers to sort this out ??

Just got a 97 2.5 V6.First one i have had.
New here,the cover on my lights look very dull think they are platicts, could i change them for something better ??
