Omega General Help / Re: Brake pad sensors
« on: 11 September 2014, 09:27:55 »
There are two sensors, one on each front wheel. They usually break on dis-assembly! Replacements are available from Eurocar parts - Part no 106720128 @ about £10 each.

Omega General Help / 2.5TD BMW engine turbo checks
« on: 16 June 2012, 13:14:15 »
Hi Guys,
I'm looking to carry out some checks on the turbo & charge air system of my F/L 2.5 TD estate!

1   Where is the best point to tap into, to check the turbo output pressure, and what pressure ( psi ) would you expect to  read on a standard turbo in good condition?

2  What pressure would you expect to read at the inlet manifold of a charge system in good condition?
( With the EGR system blanked off )

  TIA
