Are you sure its not the return pipes leaking, The pipe that goes from injector to injector. Failing that just nip up the feed pipe and or the injector.

I'm not sure, does yours have a fan on the intercooler, if so it may have something to do with that. Thats what auto sparky told me.

mine seems to be the less common ones with 2 pipes on EGR,
The outside one just vents out somewhere convenient
Do you mean the one on the outside of the egr?

Hi All
Newbie here, does anybody in the Nottingham area own a 1999 2.5 TD so I can view where the vacuum pipes around the egr valve go, has I'm having trouble with the vacuum side of things.
