when i put fuel or gass in the car the guage always flashes when i check the displays shows i have 0 miles eny one know how to fix this fault :-/

i have cleanedthe icv and throttle body but the car is still surging it nows speeds up by its self on both petrol and gas a friend
told me to clean the breather pipes and the plenum but i dont now where the plenum is situated im rather newto all this the car is a 2 ltr omega duel fuel 16 valve an some one tell me where itis situated

after 10 to 15 minutes while on petrol the engine starts to surge i have cleaned the throttle body checked for cracks on the inlet manifold all seems to be ok the car is a 2 ltr duel fuel omega cd has eny one got eny ideaswhat could be causing this :-?

the car ran fine on lpg untill i had to change the head valves and cam belt now when i switch to gas the car runs for different lenghes of time then switches back to petrol :-?
