Last time I saw one like that it had 4 people chasing it .... one of them did the "pop-it-up" thing in a strong wind, not realising what would happen.......

It was quite amusing from inside the metal box on wheels, with the heater running, drinking a nice cold beer from the fridge, wearing a T-shirt....   :)
