You obviously didnt watch Ian Blair yesterday then.H e wasnt sucking up to the media,he was trying to frighten people into boycotting the elections, which imo is a disgrace for someone in his position.
He was in charge of many a cover up at the Met and should have been stripped of his pension imo.He was also the most overtly left wing senior policeman the country has ever seen, yet was waxing lyrical yesterday about how this process is designed to politicise the police.
Hopefully, this is a sign that the lefties who hijacked the upper echelons of the police are under serious threat. :)

I think it is you who is failing to read between the lines tbh.I am a great supporter of law & order, and good policing and have seen it become watered down greatly in recent years. The problems need to be solved, and it will be painful, and will only happen from the top down.
Nothing I said has come from the Daily Mail or any other newspaper. The reference to Blair was from his own words on SKY news on Sunday. ::)
