Omega air flap arm popping off motor
« on: 29 January 2013, 13:55:18 »

Hi
No hot air in front woes...
As suggested i have have looked at the blend air flap arm and see if it is connected to the motor.
It isnt
I reconnected, but then when i tested it i switched controls to hot, motor started, arm started moving. It reached the end if its travel, the motor kept pulling and the arm popped off again.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
Ta.

The flat head pin through the drilled hole in the motor arm works. I have added a bit of gorilla glue on the pin to keep in there for good.
Thanks for the help.

Next, the passenger door lock and then the idle problem.
Gonna get this car back to where it should be.
