TBH, and I come from experience from having IBD here, the squat toilets are a much more natural position in which to do one's business.

I discovered that body angle is critical .. and if you also have a prostate problem it blocks the road so angle becomes more important :-\

and another factor is that if its too solid (and small) moving from front to back slowly helps to push it..

and anyone who dont care about that subject, you must know that if you dont do it regularly and properly it can kill you :(

I've never tried them - never will, but fail to see how you'd balance for long enough.  ???


thats the problem you must try..  :) you dont need to balance.. there is also another technique.. if the wall behind you is close enough, you can lean on it and you can rest also while..... ;D the only point s your slippers or shoes must be rubber not to skate while leaning.. ;D

Wouldn't be good if you slipped,end up right in the shit :D

technically thats not possible as the feet supports distance are narrower than your ars* ;D  unless you are a kid :y
 
ps: must admit though some models in public places are wider than standard :-\
