ok still trying to get an answer from vauxhall,does my valve undo or is it part of pipe,getting now where with them, have soaked and put a long reach 17 mm socket on base she dont want to move feels like im prob going to break pipe,?
even put picture up on face book see if theres enyone out there that might know.would put a pic up here if my photobucket would work ,enyone who knows can you pm me with your mob number ill send you a picture

Ivee got the same problem this end,have giving it a try but it feels like the pipe might break,i think might need an assistant,to hold the pipe to stop it flexing,then if that fails,get some heat on it,then get another pipe just in case.

My garage swapped that valve over for me with no fuss at all.  Cant help more than that sorry.

Mine had to use vice grips to tighten. 
Its 17mm on the base but the top is unsized. It's 14.5mm or something.

17mm as you say on the pipe, but I've successfully used a 15mm socket on the valve ..... it's a snug/tap on fit though  :y

17mm to steady the pipe then molegrips to unscrew the valve :y well that's how I've just done mine ::)

Got the low pressure one (next to the oil filler cap). Hoping that it's a straightforward tyre valve removal tool job :-\

latest as i wasnt able to go down to brighton in my beach buggy as ive broke it again lol,went back out to steinmetz and took hp valve straight out no probs then shot over to my vauxhall dealer,well part chap was much more helpful and we sat in front of computer and with valve in my hot little hand identified part and the part number you guys gave me was right,dont know why the tosser aweek ago couldnt have done this enyway long story short 8 available all at luton ffs so wait till bleeding tuesday now,
