The BL product I always lusted after was the Triumph TR6. :y

I prefer the look of the TR5 Pi myself :y

Rare as rocking horse droppings, and, if you can find one, cost in the £20,000- £40,000 price range.

Dbug has one i think  :-\

His is a TR4A :y :y

Nice, but two cylinders short. :-\

Mines a TR4A - had quite a few TRs over the years as I've always had a thing for them.  Never got round to getting a TR5 PI, but did run a '69 TR6 PI for a few years.

......how many British Leyland cars will you admit to owning?

Never heard of them, I must be too young.   :)

I've had a few old Mini's and a SD1 Vitesse, does that count.  :-\

Triumph Acclaim (Honda engined) - not bad for what it was
Metro - ditto, had a certain thrashability about it
Rover 216 (Honda engined) - a blast, bloody quick, and handled like a dream
Rover 25 - lovely car, one of the best handling FWD cars I've ever driven (on Pirelli tyres, shite on GYs)

Works vehicles include:
Ital - shite. In fact words cannot emphasise how bad it was
Maestros (several) - OKish, all trashed to within an inch of their lives ::)

And all the time that people were slagging off these cars, not realising that the same blokes were building Rolls Royce body shells.  ;) ;D
