I've had numerous cars where the passenger seat belt buckle knocks against the side of the b pillar or the seat. Astra did it, zafira did it, this one does it. On the meriva I had, someone had stuck a piece of velcro by the side of it.

...and the Daewoo? ;D

i think someone put bluetak around the pin where rod meets door pin, they said it worked.

It's not a problem on my 2.2, occasionally here it on the 3.2, but on the passenger side
Ive gone and binned the pics now  :y :y :y

This done the job for me,.Slience is golden
