I'd like to stay in a Stately Home with 4 poster bed!

A lot of ladies dream of sleeping in a 4 poster bed

£250 should just about cover a long weekend

But, I would also expect to be dined in the finest restaurant, have a new outfit, and have my hair done in a top salon.

£250 wouldn't be enough for my birthday Optimist :-* :-*:-* :-*

You are spot on there Dusty!  A piece of jewellery is also required to remember the special event by. :D ;)

You girls just do not live in the real world, £250 for a birthday :o :o :o

Indeed Dusty, only the best for us because we are worth it and any man who does not recognize our qualities is like one who turns down a red engine Bentley Continental for a 1.4 Fiesta! ;)

Well done for rising above Newbie with some good postings! :y :y
