I can praise him as I know he won't see this

From the very first moment I joined a certain other forum, Marks DTM Calib was always one of the first to offer advice on niggling little issues I had with my MV6. I made a lot of use of his Howto guides to keep her running sweet and cheaply. I had a stressful time in France about 3yrs ago, when I had to leave MV6 there, and get it brought back on low loader - again, he offered advice and confirmed my suspicions with the crank sensor (though the symptoms were not what I would have thought). So the day it arrived home, I had a new sensor to bolt on.
I was lucky enough to meet him for the first time about 2.5yrs ago, when he did my cambelt at the (in)famous Nottingham Cambelt Party. I immediately found him, as per online, approachable, friendly, and knowledgable. And more than willing to share and explain that knowledge. Also, unlike many people who are incredibly knowledgable in such subjects, alwasy willing to listen to alternative ideas.
Every time I go up to see him - sadly, normally only when I need something doing - I am always welcomed into the DTM household.
I always feel very guilty, as I am unable to return his favours

Yes, a fine chap indeed. A man I am honoured to know.
