Think the default is C:\Douments and Setting\yourname\Local Settings\Tempory Internet Files.

In IE, Tools, Internet Options, General, Temporay internet files, Settings, will show you the details  :y

C:\Documents and Settings\"username"\Cookies  :y

Tho the cookies folder is a hidden folder by default, so you have to set to show hidden system folders in Folder options   :)

Windows keeps your cookies in two places:

In the Temporary internet files folder -
in Windows XP/2000 c:\documents and settings\username\local settings\temporary internet files
on Windows Vista C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files

In the Cookies folder -
in Windows XP/2000 c:\documents and settings\username\cookies
on Windows Vista C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies and C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\low
