Pretty much universally, ebay is full of people who lack the skills/discipline to run as a business - generally these are the ones complaining about the fee structure, and that PayPal should be free, or "only get to the Post Office once a week". The remainder are pure scum - either purposely fraudulent, or trying to make a few quid on the side but not being arsed to actually post the item promptly.

So anyone using ebay must purchase with the knowledge that if anything arrives at all, it won't be quite what you ordered.

And despite the near perfect English during presale queries, when you phone these Chinese sellers (because they wont respond to emails), "no speak inglish"

Granted, 95% of the time, if you get in quick enough, ebay refund, but the window is small once the thing has taken 6 weeks to arrive.
