And so we have heard again that Buffoon Boris as Foreign Secretary at the time, was kept well away from highly sensitive matters pertaining to national security by the intelligence services, and the Prime Minister who did not trust him!

This is a well timed intervention, just when the members are getting their ballot papers. 

I'm sure there is intelligence that the Foreign Secretary isn't privy too, and I'm sure that there is intelligence that the Home Secretary, the Defence Secretary, the Health Secretary etc aren't privy too either.
