Well I decided to go for the ebay ones & fitted them earlier, they are genuine Vx, part no. 93189630 & it says they are for Vectra C & Signum.
If nothing else I think they look really good, far "sleeker".
I've only tried them with the wash wipe & they work really well & are quiet, but then they are brand new.
Just waiting for some rain (which doesn't look like it'll be long) so I can test them properly.
The only thing I'm not happy with is the way the passenger side sits in "park", but it's fine when moving.

You gotta stop driving into hedges Bo!!  ::) ;D ;D

Seriously though they look ok, but I see what you mean about the passenger side when they're in park. Need to replace mine soon so I'll give them a go.  :y

The parking spaces at Morrisons are so small I have to nudge the hedge a bit, must be worse for you with your barge!  :o
Can't believe it hasn't rained since I fitted them  ::)

Gotta agree with you there!! Why DO these bloody mega-supermarkets have such small parking bays?? Don't they realise not everyone drives Micra's or Mini's. It's no surprise at how many scratches and dents you pick up in these places, they just ain't big enough for half the cars that use them. A situation that's made even worse when half the cars that use them are women in 4WD's, SUV's and MPV's that haven't got a frigging clue how to drive or park them.  >:(

Blimey Bo, ya got me going into a bit of a rant on that one!!  ;D

Try parking with your wheels either side of the white line - like a landing strip - easy in, easy out. Noone ever comments and you never get any unwanted dents (no offence Bob)

Yes, sorry forgot about this thread.
It's rained a couple of times (although not really heavily) & they work really well. No streaks or smears but like I said earlier; they are brand new. They are however much quieter, time will tell if they're worth the extra. I believe Halfrauds now do universal flat blade wipers.

If I'm honest they're only slightly better than ordinary one's & probably not worth the extra, they do look good though.......
