Diplomat is a lovely car - the only thing missing is a link - so here's one I made earlier  :yhttp://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1168294933

Yes, totally different feel to a normal cav.
Father in law has a 2.5 V6 Cav Diplomat, was nice to try a v6 auto before I bought one.

Sounds like a nice car.  I remember when I was looking for my Cavalier I saw a few Diplomats but they were all trashed.  I ended up with a CDX which is exactly the same minus the leather and headlamp wash / wipe.

This is a car which I cannot part with and some on here will know.  I wish you luck in what is obviously a reluctant sale - I know how you feel.

If only I had the time, space and money..................
