i looked on confused and it said on confused quinn was cheapest so i went direct to quinn and got the insurance even cheaper
plus they rung me to confirm everything before they took the money out the back
i was well pleased

Nope, you dont need to be insured but, obviously the driver does

Correct.  Its the driver who is insured.

If supervising a learner, remember, you do need to be sober though....  Had it with a sober L driver and a half cut 'supervisor'.  He failed both the attitude and breath tests and got a fine and a ban in Court for drink driving.....   ;)
