You've just reminded me of a conversation I had years ago. When I was working on the building sites, we used to go straight to the pub after work and roll out of there at 10:30. We got talking one night about what we did after that, food, bed etc.
I said it was chippy, home, quick wash, bed. One mate said he always managed a shower. Then Jonno said he just went to bed and, when he woke up, he was clean.

Wouldn't like to change his sheets.
