Trying to activate an "My Naff Code Reader". At some point it read, I think, the ID number and I wrote it down a very long number. Anyway I tried to activate it online having downloaded an update but the message back says 'the size of computer id is incorrect'  Had a look underneath and any number is very different to the one I have put in... ::)

It should be the same as your install code. Best bet is to get on to ilexa, they have a very good technical section on the forum for the Vaux/"My Naff Code Reader" :y
