Check settings, is box set to Dolby digital if tv does not support it? Is volume set low?

Unplug the box for 2 mins, then re boot?

what brand of box? If you've got some spare cables try connecting via component or scart.

Well I know what skrunts is like so i dont pay any attention to him lol

Yeah i will forgive you because i am like that and dont take things to heart really but i do get annoyed some times with the name MARIE but I have my reasons which i wont go into, So you can come out from hiding  :-*
