No sound coming out of the Skybox.  TV sound works on Terrestrial and PS3.  Engineer available on Friday only.  Wonderful  >:(

assume you have unplugged and check scart leads firmly home and then boot up again??

engineer came out today after 4 day wait, virgin box, no sound.

he went to "settings" and turned it up..

i didnt turn it down so who did. :-?

Soon as it rained heavy over the weekend I lost the sky broadcast, guy from sky removed the o;d aerial lead saying it would never be needed, how wrong he was, have been with a tv picture now at least a dozen times in 18 months. :-/
