Morrisons said all affected customers would be contacted.

Like they are going to chase everyone down from their reg. number at a couple of quid a pop and 'fess up?

.. or are they going to keep quiet and let people assume it was their fault. Oops - too late for that option, I guess? ::)

I am also glad I use Sainsbury's as I never have heard of a problem with their fuel, but with Tesco and Morrison's..........!! ::) ::) ::) ::) ;)

I tend to use Sainsbugs as the local Asda and Tesco are always the same price but Sainsbugs are always a penny cheaper, not that I'm that tight really ;D ;D ;D

I can't remember, but something like this happened to Morrisons a few years back - duff fuel at a number of stations.  I think it was a refinery problem then.

We're dead lucky round here - there are at least two Shell petrol stations that are the same price as Sainsbury's, Asda and Morrisons.  Don't know about Tesco.  BP, opposite Shell are always 2 or 3p more than Shell - can't see how they do any business.  :)
