Sorry mods/admin. I left it too late to be able to modify my original post and insert pics into it, hence the new post!

Now if you think it needs any "tweaking" .. or you want some more photo's ... you can always come and do mine ......  :)

I don't mind ...... really ......  :)

(I know it's a bit of a drive .. but worth it to get the "perfect" write up !!! :)  :)  )

Can I just add my cheat method for getting the car high enough and level?

Reverse the back wheels up a normal height kurb (normally 4" to 5") approx. 3' onto the pavement. Use your normal car ramps on the front wheels and drive forwards until the wheels are on the top of the ramps. Your gearbox sumps are now roughly 15" off the ground and the car is stable and level. :y

Legal note: be aware that obstructing a public highway (of which a pavement is deemed part of) is an offence carrying a £60 FPN, so do this somewhere quiet where nobody is likely to complain :y

[edit]to add - I can get you a pic if you like?[/edit]

Thanks Entwood!  I lived there once, but North Wiltshire is a bit far for me now though!

Here's a deal, I'll do your ATF change if you fit LPG to mine! What do you reckon to that? ;D

I thought getting the Omega onto ramps was difficult enough without having the nose pointing downwards.  :-/
