Handbrake Shoes
« on: 24 October 2007, 10:57:33 »

I know that certain parts need to be Genuine but, is this a part that you Guys think that I should get from Vauxhall or does it matter too much if I get patterned ones??

If so where would you get them from your local car parts shop or off the net??

Cheers :y

I'm sure this is one occasion when pattern is recommended, no worse and far far cheaper.

Oh, and put me down for 1 of these tax disk holders with 6 months free tax in it cheers  :y

I,ve always wondered why handbrake shoes should not last forever, on the assumption that they are (normally!) only applied when the vehicle is stationary. Why do they wear to the point of needing replacement?  :-/
