T-cut will be available at any UK motor shop.

If it is yellowed a lot, T-cut may hot be harsh enough, you may need to start with a fine (1000) wet and dry, then go finer and finer, then finishing off with t-cut

What causes the blurred look on the headlights. Is it the intensity of heat over a period of time? or What?

Thanks
