Parts needed for top end rebuild
« on: 11 August 2008, 19:58:50 »

Head gaskets x 2
Stem seals x 24
Coolant bridge doughty washers x 4
Oil cooler kit (Do VX sell a "kit" or do I have to ask for the parts on their own?)
Genuine Exhaust gaskets x 2
Genuine exhaust downpipe rings x2
Camcover seal kit (shop?)
Plugs x 2 (I already have 4)
Have oil
Coolant x 5l
Oil filter
Rear transfer pipe seal

Thermostat, thermostat O ring, transfer pipe O rings. (Want to change stat, as it's running too cool.)

Grey Goo
Green goo

Any rough idea on what this little lot will set me back?  :-[

Add a spare T55 bit, they only last for a few heads then explode.
PM Mark about head bolts, we had some crap ones recently with distorted threads and others that snapped after the first 90 deg  :o, think we used FAI in the end but he should remember
