Or if you just need to get the pumps out then there is no need to take the bumper off. If the washer bottle is leaking from the pumps it may be useful to remove the bumper to empty the bottle totally then remove both of the pumps clean them up then use some hylomar sealant to stop the leak. I had the same problem with mine and done this...... Now no leaking washer bottle.
