Just read the markings on the side of the tyre
They should be something like 225 55 16.
225 width of the tyre
55 length from alloy end to tyre end.
16 radius of the tyre.
Depends on the alloys fited on the car there can be different numbers.
Write them down and go to the shop.

Although 225 tires are factory fit , I dont agree with that size..

215 55 16 is much better shoes..consumes less fuel..and still very comfy..

There were two factory variants on Omegas.
225 and 205, but considering the car in question if they're factory fit they will probably be 225

This number is a percentage of the width, ie in this case 55% of 225mm  :y :y

'98/'99 2.5 Elites were fitted wth 225/55/16v or W for the 3.0, spare was a 15", true MV6's models had 17", ex police omega's had a real mix of tyre and wheel sizes because most were de-rated spec 3.0 cars.
First of check wheel diameter.
