Have you checked plugwells for oil. Failing cam cover gaskets can cause uneven running due to oil contamination on the plugs/leads and dispack

Does your EML illuminate when ignition switched on? Strange that you didn`t get at least a 31 when you `clipped it :-?

you have to excuse my ignorance but what is an EML? and all that happened when i cliped it was the ignition lights came on as normal

clipped it again and got 31 it must be me not doing it right
