And just another question on the 2.2. How often  should the cambelt be replaced, car currently in mind has 90,000 on clock.

2.2 petrol....every 4 years or 40k, whichever soonest

The 2.2 is a cruiser, like others' mine will go all day on a M/way returning around 35mpg. Towing 1300kg 19-20mpg tows like a train, not my words but does, Have returned 10 - 11     when cold in town, not a sports car but not a slow car.   Not had any problems runs smoooooth
