Didn't you try Toyo T1R / T1S a while back, Jimbob?

Any feedback on those?

On Conti SC3 at the moment, which I'm quite happy with. Perhaps not so much now they've worn a little.  Unsure whether I'd replace like with like at current prices, and the rears aren't that far off needing replacement - again ::)  :-X.

She has the toyo proxies on her's

Ive the vredstiens on mine (well the rear, but front to follow soon SC3's again, but too expensive, good but not that good.)

Grippy, handle very well, little noisy

Would say I have sameish performance, but quieter.

I really like my Toyo T1R tyres.

'best' is subjective, depending on what you want. You could prefer any of the following: low noise, good handling, low wear, low price, etc...

I prefer to have the best handling, over others. I haven't had the back end swing out at all with those on, compared to other tyres I had before, and my driving style hasn't changed.

But like I said, it is subjective, so my my preference might not match yours.

To do: Replace brake discs and pads; adjust already replaced shoes; check for leaks in oil cooler, cambelt area, crank seals, sump, dipstick; replace osf door; replace a tyre; clean, MOT.

Your right my "best" doesnt mean alot I like a quiet tyre which is reasonable on grip etc and not too pricey. Is this possible. I had contis on my last omega which were good except I think they wear quickly.
