Injector Cleaners - Any good?

Any opinions on the efficacy (yes I've swallowed a dictionary) of proprietary injector cleaners? Do they work? Any brands reccomended? :-?

i put some redex in mine every 2-3 months,dont really know if it does anything though. ::)
