Front Seats
« on: 23 November 2010, 12:02:28 »

What are the differences between mini facelift and facelift front leather seats and are they interchangeable ?

I know they will fit physically but is the seat heating side of things the same on mini facelift as on the facelift ?

Is the thermostat and associated tiddlybobs integral to the seat?

In which case would it not be possible to fit 'old-fashioned' simple on/off heated seats to a facelift? Or indeed to fit 'modern-style' multi-temperature heated seats to a pre-facelift?

I know this could be a bit of a pain/fair amount of work, but finding good nick facelift leathers seats does seem to be a bit tricky, to say the least. Other than the multi-temp seats and active head restraints, they are to all intents and purposes, 'the same.'
