Hi Charlie, this is now in the maint. section. I don't know if it's of any use to you?

Hi
Re 2.2 Dti codes
1694-(4) glow time tell tale circuit open-not present
I believe that this means the glow plug indicator bulb in the dash has blown or other wiring problem, BUT it is shown as NOT  PRESENT so appears to be something that has happened in the past and been fixed.

P1635-(a) glow device circuit general error not present
Is the  general indication that one or more glow plugs or wiring have failed. Again it is  NOT PRESENT so is historic.
Suggest having noted the codes, you clear them then re read them before  taking too much corrective action.
Can't help you with the others Sorry.

Hi Charlie

Do you reckon that the P1690 code is telling you that the MIL ( Malfunction indication Light) has a problem? If so, it sounds as if you have had a couple of bulbs busted behind the dash or some associated wiring problems. I would still reset then see what it comes up with first though.
Best of luck
